In order to process your application we need the following documents to be submitted along with the completed and signed application form:
A current copy of your Personal Information Report (Tas Collection Service, 29 Argyle St, Hobart for Tas or EQUIFAX www.mycreditfile.com.au for mainland),
Proof of income e.g. payslips, group certificate, Centrelink statement or bank statement (OPTIONAL),
Current photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Student ID etc)
