What if the tenant doesn't pay on time?

We put a very high priority on the collection fo rent and do everything we can to ensure tenants fulfill their obligation to pay their rent as it is due. If they fail to do so, we have a strict policy of following up the rent arrears which starts with reminder texts and is followed by phone contact and formal letters of advisement. If the rent is not paid by day 10, a Notice of Vacate will be issued and the tenant required to vacate the property if all rent arrears are not paid in full by the end of the notice period.

What happen if anything in the property needs repair or replace?

We do absolutely everything to get hold of you if that is what you have instructed us to do.If anything severe and urgent happens and we are not able to contact you, we do have the final right to proceed with considering your best interest all the time. We also make sure that all our handyman are fully licensed and insured for your protection by checking regularly. We are also happy to accommodate for you if you require someone specific for the job.

What happen if I would like to teminate the contract?

In any case, there is a termination clause in our agreement which allows you to terminate the contract with 30 days notice.
